Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unused, original items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
